This beautifully converted 16th century barn, designed for comfort using quality furnishings retains lots of its character with exposed beams & a traditional fire place whilst enjoying under floor heating, laminate flooring and a modern kitchen with a range cooker. The lounge has a flat screen TV. There is a large parking area outside the property. There is an excellent choice of local pubs the nearest is 1¼ miles away. Perfect for family gatherings, corporate groups and stag & hen parties.

4 rooms sleep two people each, two rooms sleep 4 people and there is a single. There is also a pull out bed for the 18th person.

Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10.30am.

During the months of March to October we only hire the accommodation out at weekends to groups who are doing activities with Rookin House Activity Centre - Minimum spend £500 between the whole group. Mid week bookings are avaialble to groups who may or may not want activities.

The price includes heating, gas, electricity, pillows and duvets. Linen can be hired for £4.00 per person or you may prefer to bring your own. If linen is required please advise at time of booking. Duvets & pillows are provided free of charge if you would prefer to bring your own sheets.
